Local Area
Clare Park is set in its own extensive grounds amidst rolling countryside, on the border of Surrey and Hampshire.
Located on the outskirts of the ancient village of Crondall, Clare Park is just three miles from the historic market town of Farnham. There is easy access to the A3 and M3 and good direct rail services from Farnham and Fleet.
The grounds of Clare Park provide safe, attractive rural walks on the doorstep. Like the surrounding countryside, they provide a natural habitat for a host of animals, birds and flowers. Our large meadow and the woodland, known as the Mount, have recently been designated “Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation” by Hampshire County Council.
Farnham Town
Farnham is a charming, thriving country town just three miles from Clare Park. It has all the amenities one would expect, including high street shops, pubs and restaurants. The town has a strong sense of history with roots dating back to the early Stone Age, and has a well-preserved 12th Century Castle and Parish Church.
Crondall Village
Clare Park has close links with the ancient and picturesque village of Crondall, which is just minutes away.
Residents have easy access to the varied activities and facilities of this lively and attractive rural parish community, and are able to worship at the Parish Church. Clare Park regularly hosts village events.
Crondall has a busy village store, sub post office, and two pubs with restaurants.
For residents wishing to visit Farnham or Crondall, Clare Park’s own transport is available on designated days. This can also be used to attend services at one of the Parish Churches on Sunday. There are no additional costs for this facility.
