About Clare Park
Clare Park is a retirement community for discerning older people who seek an independent lifestyle. Set in the Hampshire countryside close to the ancient village of Crondall and the historic market town of Farnham, Surrey.
Clare Park is an exempt, not-for-profit charity and we believe that, locally, our offering is unique. Our residents pay monthly fees that are simple, clear and fully inclusive. All properties at Clare Park remain in the ownership of the Charity.
At the heart of this unique retirement community is a listed Georgian mansion, set in attractive, peaceful grounds amidst rolling fields and woodland. The house retains some of its original features and residents can take a stroll on well-cut paths, pausing to enjoy the view from the strategically-located seats.
Our established staff provide 24-hour support. Most live locally and have been with us for a number of years. They are an integral part of the Clare Park retirement community and enjoy an excellent relationship with our residents. Above all, it is our residents who make Clare Park so special.
